DEPOSIT [MasterCard, Visa, Cheque or direct deposit accepted]

** One night & “promotional voucher” stays require full payment in advance.

** Bookings made within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the accommodation cost is payable at the time of booking (credit card only)

** For all other bookings a 50% deposit, payable by credit card only

** Guests wishing to pay by direct deposit must pay for the full amount of their accommodation.

** Cheques are only accepted as full payment up to one month prior to your arrival and booking is not confirmed until the cheque has been cleared.

**Guests not able to provide a credit card are required to pay a cash secirty deposit of $200 upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded at departure subject to a satisfactory room inspection.

BALANCE is payable prior to departure by credit card or cash. [No EFTPOS facility].

CHECK-IN after 2pm, (flexible by arrangement)

CHECK-OUT before 11am (flexible by arrangement)

SMOKING  We're a smoke-free property. SMOKING is not permitted in or around the building or facilities. We do provide a “butt-bucket” at the gateway to the property [in the car park]

CANCELLATION POLICY

** Deposits will not be refunded if less than 14 days notice is given, unless room/s is re-let.

** Deposits will be refunded, less a $A55.00 handling fee, provided more than 14 days notice is given.

** "No Shows" will be charged the unpaid balance of their accommodation.
