We envisage that two weeks will be enough to assist new owners in the use of pumps, irrigation, pool, spas, etc as well as instruction with booking systems, etc. Everything else to do with running a Bed & Breakfast is really only domestic duties, eg cooking breakfast, making beds, cleaning, etc. At the end of that initial two week period, we will have moved out of the house, but would still be available to assist in any way we can, either by telephone or by making periodic visits if and when required.
